Looking for a role where you can work on major projects, develop your CDM expertise and progress your career?We’re partnering with a leading utilities and infrastructure business delivering complex, high-profile schemes across the North West. With varied projects, excellent training and excellent support, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced CDM professional or someone keen to move into CDM full time.The Role
You’ll be a key part of the project delivery process, providing expert advice on CDM 2015 and site safety from early design through to completion. This role offers flexibility, combining site visits across the North West, home working and time in local offices.Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on CDM 2015 duties for Client, Principal Designer and Principal Contractor roles.
  • Undertake site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
  • Support project teams in safe planning and delivery.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across all projects.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels to ensure compliance and best practice.
What You’ll Need
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or working towards) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Background in construction, utilities, infrastructure or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary.
