Administrator Required Barnsley£13.26 per hourOngoing ContractWorking Hours: Mon-Fri 08.30am to 5.00pm Office based Monday to Thursday.A Basic DBS check is required for this role or willing to obtain one.The Job Purpose as an Administrator will require some knowledge of Special Educational Needs. Excellent telephone manner and experience of using spreadsheets and case management systems is essentialAdministration Experience and Qualifications Required
  • An awareness and understanding of the role of business support team.
  • An understanding of what makes excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of good practices for handling confidential data
  • Time management skills including the ability to prioritise individual workload and to adhere to agree deadlines and targets
  • Interpersonal skills including the ability I build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Experience of using office software such as Microsoft packages
  • Experience of updating and maintaining records.
The Job Role:
  • Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries
  • General filing, storing of information and other office duties
  • Administration duties such as word processing and data input (experience with Excel essential)
  • Assist with the completion of returns
  • Carrying out other duties as required by the service
  • Taking Minutes in meetings
