Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Solderer for our client in Telford. This is a role best suited to someone who has used soldering equipment previously. This role is temporary that could lead to permanent.Hours of work:Monday - Friday8am - 5:30pmPay:£12.21 per hourDuties and responsibilities as a Solderer:Perform hand soldering of electronic componentsInspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are metRead and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructionsUse soldering irons, heat guns, and other tools safely and effectivelyPrepare and position components prior to solderingIdentify and repair soldering defectsWork with small parts with precision and attention to detailMaintain a clean and organised workstationFollow all health and safety regulations and company proceduresCollaborate with the team to meet daily production targetsQualifications & Skills as a Solderer:
Use of soldering equipment and hand tools
Working with electrical equipment
An eye for detail
High levels of written and spoken English
A positive attitude to work
Good Attendance & a self starter
