- Build and maintain customer relationships to promote Wabtec as the preferred supplier for rail system component overhaul in the UK and Ireland.
- Respond to tender queries and manage CRM data for key accounts.
- Collaborate with various managers to develop opportunities, build a pipeline, and secure profitable orders.
- Serve as the key contact for customers and provide accurate reports.
- Lead and support tenders, ensuring competitive and compliant bids.
- Develop commercial and technical proposals and manage the tender approval process.
- Contribute to the SIOP process and provide Variation Order support.
- Maintain Capture Plans and ensure contract compliance with company mandates.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
