- Acting as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests, responding promptly to enquiries received via telephone, email, and in-person.
- Logging all incidents and service requests accurately within the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Providing technical support for software, hardware, and network issues, escalating com-plex problems when necessary.
- Sharing responsibilities for administering and provisioning users across various systems, in-cluding Microsoft 365 (e.g., user accounts, mailboxes), and third-party applications like our CRM and phone systems.
- Provisioning and maintaining IT endpoints such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Supporting general office infrastructure, including desk wiring and network connectivity.
- Demonstrable experience in an IT helpdesk or support role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration and common applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information clearly to those without a technical background.
