Moulding Production Technician

- Operate injection moulding machines, producing high-quality plastic components (Vacutainer Tubes & Caps).
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology (packaging robots, vision inspection, automated assembly).
- Troubleshoot machinery and processes using root cause analysis.
- Perform planned maintenance (weekly, monthly, 6-monthly, and assist with annual).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Collaborate with a dedicated team.
- Document production data via SAP.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Electrical or mechanical engineering qualification (C&G, HND, or apprenticeship).
- Manufacturing maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in an electrical technical role (valued).
- Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement experience (valued).
- Injection moulding experience (desirable).
