We are looking for a Senior Health Care support worker to join our experienced team within the Louth & Wold Community Nursing teamLocated within the grounds of Louth Hospital the community nursing team covers a wide geographical area. You will visit housebound patients delivering wound care, medication, palliative care from a care plan under the direction of a registered clinician. This is a very rewarding job for anyone interested in supporting patients at home. You will work autonomously once induction has been completed ( pool car available) . Previous experience in community working would be advantageous.   • Can demonstrate attitude and aptitude appropriate to the post. Ability to relate previous experience to the role.
