To deliver a smooth and organised Warehouse and Client Delivery service against a weekly scheduled delivery programme
Support at all times the continuous flow of goods and documentation in and out of the Warehouse facility
Full correspondence with Drivers, Warehouse staff and office Administration personnel
Adhere to company Health and Safety guidelines and compliances.
Support Branch Manager and Corporate Operations to ensure the correct quality of work is carried outResponsibilities:
Comply with all Administrative tasks across shift pattern,
Provide BM with full daily staffing performance and shortfalls in skillset, resources and remedial action needed
report any Infrastructure/Safety concerns during daily walkaround checks
Deliver any additional warehousing, Operational tasks instructed by BM
Ensure the facility have processed all inbound and outbound shipments in a timely manner and complying with all agreed load and delivery deadlinesTasks:
Conduct a robust handover with Night Shift management covering vehicle availability and all resourcing issues
Update night control sheets including Drivers on road at handover
Debrief returning Drivers with any delivery issues, and all paperwork is ready to hand to administration departmentSalary range between GBP32,000 - GBP36,000 subject to experienceCounterbalance and reach Forklift licence preferred but not essential
