- Analysing and synthesizing data collected from employee listening initiatives to generate actionable insights and recommendations for the group.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting mechanisms to effectively communicate key findings and trends to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identifying patterns, themes, and areas of opportunity within employee feedback data, leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques where applicable.
- Leading the integration of employee feedback data with other key business metrics to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of organizational effectiveness and employee sentiment.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on employee sentiment and engagement metrics, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on interpreting and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Do you have recent experience in analysing employee feedback data to generate actionable insights and recommendations?
- Are you familiar with developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate key findings and trends in employee sentiment to senior leadership and stakeholders?
- Have you used advanced analytics or statistical techniques to identify patterns and themes within employee feedback data?
- University Degree
- Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated track record of effectively analysing behavioural patterns, employee feedback, and people KPIs
- A good understanding of diverse employee feedback collection methodologies and their practical implementation.
- Proficient in utilizing analytics platforms for correlation and regression analyses, driving actionable insights.
- Experience in collaborating with leadership teams to formulate and test hypotheses, fostering data-driven decision-making processes.
- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in leading multiple project assignments simultaneously.
- Collaborative communication style and cross-functional coordination capability.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from employee feedback data.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse global environments.
