- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Independent Prescriber or willing to work towards
- Completion of the Primary care pharmacy education (CPPE) pathway or willing to work towards
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Evidence of working autonomously or as part of a team
- Medicines management
- Experience of communicating with other healthcare professionals and the general public
- Experience of prioritising workload.
- Experience of using own initiative to solve problems
- Evidence of personal leadership to improve the quality of care
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise own workload and that of others
- Policy / procedure development General Practice repeat prescribing systems
- Experience working in a primary care setting / PCN
- Understanding and knowledge of healthcare provision in GP practices, QOF, and PCN DES
- An appreciation of the new NHS landscape including the relationships between individual practices, PCNs and the commissioners
- Use of SystmOne
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable and quick to make relationships with new teams
- Flexible and cooperative
- Ability to identify risk and escalate appropriately
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Evidence of working autonomously or as part of a team

- Able to interpret complex clinical information and data on medicines to deliver face-to-face clinical care including managing a caseload
- Full driving license with access to a car
