- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to promote professional development and high performance
- Maintain accurate records of branch activities, including sales reports and inventory management
- Collaborate with upper management to align branch goals with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
