- Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring a consistent and smooth experience across all touchpoints and stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and cross-functional teams to assess and enhance customer interactions across channels and platforms.
- Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through all marketing activities.
- Act as the Salesforce expert for KWS UK, promoting system adoption and best practices across internal teams.
- Optimize the CRM system (Salesforce) in alignment with marketing and sales requirements.
- Provide hands-on support to internal teams for efficient CRM usage.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold data governance standards.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer journey marketing and/or CRM.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce (essential).
- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
- Experience in project management and campaign execution.
- UK-based and available to work from our Thriplow office at least three days per week.
