
Partner Development Manager

- Proactively develop product and service adoption across your customer base
- Build trusted relationships with partners by aligning Ingram Micro’s value proposition to their business strategy
- Own and deliver revenue, margin, and trading partner targets within your account portfolio
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor peers to create and execute joint business plans
- Act as the main point of contact between your customers, Ingram Micro, and partner
- Support timely financial transactions by coordinating with our finance team and your partners
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of deals and drive them through to close
- Deliver compelling presentations and contribute to strategic discussions both internally and externally
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales within the IT channel (essential)
- Background in account management and building long-term client relationships
- Interest in technology and familiarity with cloud-based services
- Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and see them through to completion
- Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to present information to a range of audiences
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to customer and vendor needs
- A values-led mindset with a focus on integrity and results
