Janitor

• Carry out daily cleaning of production areas, warehouse, cooperage, and site facilities.
• Empty internal and external bins and ensure car parks and site grounds are kept clean.
• Complete all cleaning tasks as per schedule and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including litter picking and floor care.
• Ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with Sodexo and Diageo Health & Safety procedures.
• Support Facilities operations during staff absence, holidays, or peak workload.
• Maintain good knowledge of site policies and emergency procedures.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff and management.

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Flexibility to provide cover when required.
• Awareness of Health & Safety practices and emergency procedures.
