Travel: Approximately 40% internationalBase Salary: £60,000-£64,000 plus up to 32% bonusAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join the global internal audit team of a major FTSE-listed international group. This London-based role offers significant responsibility, international exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and operational controls across a complex, global organisation.Role Overview
Reporting into senior internal audit leadership, the Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end audits across a diverse portfolio of international business units. The role provides regular interaction with senior stakeholders and Board-level reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver risk-based audits across Group operationsAssess internal controls and identify areas for improvementPresent findings and recommendations to senior managementPrepare concise, high-quality audit reports in line with Group standardsConduct follow-up work to track remediation of identified issuesSupport broader team initiatives, reporting and special projectsCandidate ProfileACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong academic backgroundTrained within a Big 4 or other leading professional services firmStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage audits independently and deliver high-quality outputsWilling and able to travel internationally (approximately 40%)Why Join
