
Data Analyst - Inventory Management (M/F/D)

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in stock management, analytics, or related fields, preferably in a scientific environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma, project management, and inventory systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality customer service
- Manage all Inventory Manager (IM) administration tasks on-site, including Stock Keeping Units setup, stockroom updates, and service task requirements
- Analyse IM consumption metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to inventory and service processes
- Deliver monthly metric packages and reports to GSK stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making
- Lead PI cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and monitor slow-moving or expired stock to maintain inventory accuracy
- Act as the key liaison between and internal logistics teams, ensuring alignment on service levels and compliance
- Support predictive modelling and process improvement initiatives to enhance Avantor’s Lab & Production Services capabilities on-site
