About the Role:We are seeking a proactive Funding and Opportunities Lead to identify and report on new funding opportunities that align with NOCN Group's strategic growth priorities. The role involves developing bids, collaborating with internal teams, and building strategic relationships with external partners.Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and interpret funding announcements.
  • Develop and co-develop bids.
  • Produce monthly "Funding Impact Reports".
  • Build strategic relationships with authorities and providers.
  • Advise on funding pathways and adapt qualifications.
Person Specification:
  • Educated to Level 4 in Business, Public policy or Education, or have the relevant equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of UK skills funding and devolution structures.
  • Experience in bid development and policy awareness.
  • Experience with policy awareness within the skills landscape.
  • Experience with cross functional internal alignment.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and analytical skills.
