- Basic Salary: £22,500 - £25,000
- OTE: £35,000 - £50,000+ (pool-based commission scheme)
- Extra Earnings: Up to £10,000 PA through:
- Mortgage appointments (£35 voucher each)
- Solicitor referrals (£50 voucher each)
- Property referrals (£100 each)

- Vendor Care: Prioritising communication, understanding clients' motivations, and negotiating effectively.
- Sales & Valuations: Meeting viewing and sales targets, preparing offer files, and booking valuations confidently.
- Conveyancing & Financial Services: Promoting recommended solicitors and mortgage services, achieving personal targets.
- Client Management & Innovation: Using CRM, portals, and AI tools to enhance client outcomes while contributing innovative ideas to improve the branch.
- Time & Communication: Staying organised, managing diaries, responding promptly to calls/emails, and maintaining professional standards.
