Salary: £36,000–£42,000 DOE (higher considered for exceptional experience)

The owner is hands-on, experienced, and really cares about making this a great place to work – not just for the clients, but for you too.All About YouHCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist3+ years' post-graduate experience in MSK (will consider slightly less for the right person)Confident manual therapy skillsExperience or interest in sports injuries and/or orthopaedicsExcellent communication and people skillsComfortable managing your own caseloadAcupuncture and sports massage experience welcome but not essentialAble to work with a wide age range (paediatrics not required)Reliable and committed to high standards of careWhat will you be doing?You’ll be delivering high-quality, one-on-one MSK physiotherapy sessions from a well-equipped clinic. Each session is 45 minutes long, allowing you to provide thorough assessment and hands-on treatment. The caseload is varied, with a strong focus on active lifestyles and return to sport. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in running small group rehab or exercise classes as part of your role.Working Hours and EnvironmentThis is a part-time employed role working across 4 days per week. Within those 4 days, 2–3 later shifts (e.g. 12pm–7:30pm) are required. Optional Saturday mornings (9am–12pm) are available. The clinic is based in Nailsea, easily accessible by public transport.
