Job Category: Business OperationsJob Description:About the role:We're looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to join our Operations team at Gowling WLG on a short-term basis. This role is vital in supporting our Property & Facilities Management function during a period of increased demand, ensuring continuity and excellence in service delivery.You'll be responsible for overseeing supporting day-to-day facilities operations and management of projects, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, with strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Within this role you will effectively support, the contracts managed by the Property and Facilities team across all UK properties ensuring a high quality service is provided to building users.You will also be responsible to ensure all building assets are managed to a high standard and kept in excellent working order and all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.This role will be mainly based at 2 Snowhill Birmingham but will also require travel to our other offices.About you:We're seeking a self-motivated and confident Facilities Manager, who will thrive under pressure, managing multiple clients' needs while delivering exceptional service.
