We pride ourselves on being one of the leading online insurance intermediaries.Our Marketing team have won the Causeway Coast and Glens Business Awards for best Marketing Initiative.Web Designer and Developer (Ref: 0925WDD)We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer and Developer to join our team. This role requires a balance of design expertise and coding knowledge to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design, a passion for user experience, and the ability to translate business goals into functional, high-performing web solutions.You will design and develop websites that deliver exceptional user experience across devices. You will create wireframes and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas.Essential Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design & Development, Computer Science, Interactive Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related field. Equivalent professional experience or a strong portfolio of work may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Proven Work experience as a Web Designer and Developer or similar role
  • Proven portfolio showcasing strong web development and graphic design skills and the ability to build user-friendly websites.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
  • Knowledge of and experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, Framer
  • Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Desirable
  • Email design experience
