An exciting opportunity to drive educational improvement for Children and Young People in Wakefield.Wakefield Council is proud of its established school improvement service, which sits in Wakefield Education Services a traded arm of the council offering a range of school improvement support and CPD across the district. We are looking for a talented school improvement lead to join the Service who can offer knowledge and experience of how schools can improve at pace and who have the credibility to engage with stakeholders and partners across the school system.Principally focused on the Primary sector, this is a key role in the Education Strategy and Performance Service - you will be required to support and challenge leaders across the district, ensuring they achieve the very best for all learner's, acting as the team lead for inclusion placing it at the heart of all we do.
