This role blends excellent customer service with hands-on hospitality, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a great personality.Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and beverages to high standards.
  • Share menu insights and assist with allergen awareness.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
  • Monitor and restock supplies, reporting any shortages.
  • Operate tills and handle payments accurately.
  • Support breakfast and lunch service as needed.
  • Assist with bar service during evening events.
  • Attend training and team meetings to uphold service excellence.
QualificationsWhat You’ll Do:
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to high standards.
  • Share menu knowledge and support allergen awareness procedures.
  • Keep the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow food safety and health & safety guidelines.
  • Monitor stock and notify management of shortages.
  • Operate tills and handle payments accurately.
  • Assist with breakfast and lunch service as needed.
  • Support bar events like quiz and karaoke nights.
  • Attend training and team meetings to grow your skills.
