– Oversee the strategic and operational management of the Dependency and Recovery Service within designated London boroughs.
– Ensure compliance with HMPPS contracts and performance targets, driving high-quality service delivery.
– Lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders and volunteers, fostering a people-focused approach and vision for success.
– Develop and implement innovative service improvements and motivational interventions to enhance engagement with treatment services.
– Proactively contribute to wider CRS and Forward Trust projects and objectives, sharing best practices and learning opportunities.
– Line manage Team Leaders and support the effective running and development of services in North London.
– Ensure seamless delivery of interventions within a hybrid model across probation offices.Requirements:
– Extensive understanding and experience in providing substance misuse services within prison or community settings.
– Demonstrable knowledge of Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC), National Probation Service (NPS), and wider Criminal Justice services.
– Experience in developing and implementing service improvements and psychosocial interventions.
