- · Hold enhanced DV (eDV) clearance (essential).
- · Strategic-level experience across at least two ADS sectors, with the past two years focused on Intelligence Community consulting.
- · Shown success in winning, delivering, and scaling technology transformation programmes in Defence/Secure environments.
- · Senior-level commercial acumen analysing complex problems and implementing practical, innovative solutions.
- · Exemplary interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- · Deep understanding of business drivers behind technology transformation.
- · Extensive senior network within ADS clients and partners.
- · Background in leading large teams and high-stakes programmes.
