  • Assist with preparation and presentation of food and beverages to company standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, welcoming approach
  • Operate tills and handle cash/card transactions as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and stock of condiments
  • Support with vending machine refunds and customer queries
  • Carry out cleaning duties (equipment, crockery, cutlery, floors, etc.) following hygiene and safety standards
  • Comply with food hygiene, health & safety, and chemical safety regulations
  • Assist with special functions and events when required
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in food service, catering, or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Flexibility to support with varied tasks and occasional overtime
  • Willingness to learn and attend training sessions as needed
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
