- Support the Clubhouse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the clubhouse.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to ensure availability while minimising waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clubhouse environment.
- Help plan, organise, and deliver special events and promotions.
- Respond to member and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a clubhouse, hotel, or similar setting.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, effectively handling customer concerns.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
