- Training - 3 weeks of classroom-based training from 9am to 5pm at our offices in Leicester city centre
- Hybrid working - Once you are competent in the role you will benefit from the balance of hybrid working, working 3 days a week in our modern office environment and 2 days a week working from home
- Shift pattern - Monday to Friday, rotational shifts from 8am to 6pm
- Manage a portfolio of Live customer accounts.
- Maintain an excellent and professional relationship with each, through regular phone contact, email and conducting face to face visits where required.
- Monitor customers Live music declarations and ensure all music usage is invoiced in line with our review requirements.
- Ensure that your portfolio is constantly up to date in-line with our as-last process.
- Educate and advise customers, positively reinforcing the benefits of Live music.
- Work alongside the Live Music Audit consultant to ensure your portfolio of accounts are fully up to date with all relevant events booked up in advance of review periods.
- Identify growth opportunities through extensive research and frequent customer contact.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the Live Music industry to help identify growth in your accounts to meet revenue targets.
- Develop and enhance knowledge of core licence procedures, including copyright law, tariffs, and direct licensing to set yourself as a subject matter expert and help others.
- Work closely and collaboratively with PRS for Music and PPL corporate partnership teams to ensure that any membership queries are dealt with as per agreed SLA’s.
- Work alongside the collections and enforcement team to ensure all of your high-profile accounts and fully up to date with payments and debt owed and assist with contact and resolve where required.
- Work cooperatively and supportively with other teams where your expertise and knowledge can assist.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Experience of working within a team
- Experience using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working to targets and deadlines
- Experience/knowledge of event/live music industry (Desirable)
