- Manage and grow revenue across a portfolio of major national accounts in the Horeca channel.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create bespoke solutions and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events as a brand ambassador.
- Regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and account health.
- Proven sales experience working with national accounts within the horeca sector.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to negotiate and drive profit growth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Must be happy to travel and work away from home when needed.
