- Enter and maintain new projects, architect details, quotes, and related information within the CRM platform
- Provide support in managing the CRM database and producing reports
- Collaborate with colleagues, the marketing team, and external sales to deliver effective monthly CRM communication plans that reflect business objectives
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of designated ongoing projects
- Lead efforts to ensure business-wide data is collected accurately and efficiently, while identifying areas for process improvement
- Drive database growth through data capture activities and work to enhance overall data quality
- Regularly audit and clean CRM records to ensure system accuracy
- Assist in shaping and refining the customer journey
- Prepare routine reports on user activity and sales pipelines across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual periods
- Provide general administrative support to commercial functions, including customer service, external sales, and façade operations
- Proven background in working with CRM platforms and managing databases
- Strong capability in project coordination and producing detailed reports
- Skilled at operating in dynamic, high-volume, multi-project environments
- Clear and effective communicator, ensuring tasks are well understood and completed efficiently
- Highly organized with strong administrative ability, able to assess requirements and determine the best approach to achieve results
- Proficient in key office software, including:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support business operations effectively
- Proactive problem-solver, able to recognize stalled tasks and take initiative to move them toward successful completion
