- Understand and represent customer and user needs, translating them into compelling product strategies and roadmaps.
- Guide product discovery using modern SaaS methodologies to identify and validate opportunities that deliver genuine value.
- Lead cross-functional product development from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and consulting teams.
- Clearly articulate product value and create alignment with executive stakeholders, sales, and marketing teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on key product metrics, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Serve as an internal and external advocate for your product domain, including presenting at industry events, customer meetings, and analyst briefings.
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop clear messaging, impactful training materials, and effective sales tools.
- Mentor team members and foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages growth, feedback, and innovation.
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record in product discovery and managing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery and growth, always with a user-focused, impact-driven mindset
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and familiarity with modern technology stacks, with a continuous curiosity for innovative tools and market trends that can enhance product strategy
- Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and data management frameworks, and a strong ability to translate technical capabilities into intuitive, data-driven user solutions
- Ability to provide strategic insights into how successful software businesses operate, particularly in data-rich environments, while clearly communicating product vision and inspiring alignment across teams
- Background or strong interest in HR tech, organizational planning, or related fields, coupled with a collaborative approach that engages stakeholders at all levels to create awareness, advocacy, and alignment
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to drive product adoption, user satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes
