Respect for AllWe're looking for a People Business Partner who's not just great with policies and data-but someone who genuinely cares about creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with Village and Service Management Teams to deliver our People Strategy
- Championing employee experience and wellbeing
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations and HR best practice
- Supporting organisational change and culture development
- Collaborating with employee forums and trade unions to amplify employee voice
- Using data to drive decisions and shape the future of our people practices
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience in employee relations, wellbeing, and organisational change
- A collaborative spirit and a knack for building trusted relationships
- Confidence with HR systems and digital platforms like SharePoint
- Access to your own transport to travel between Belong Villages
