- 1:1 and Small Group Support: Assist students across various age groups, from Early Years through to Post-16
- Promoting Independence: Encourage students to develop crucial skills in a supportive, inclusive environment
- Tailored Learning: Collaborate with teaching staff to provide personalised support that empowers students to reach their full potential
- Psychology Graduates (or currently working towards a degree) - related fields such as Criminology, Social Work, Sports Science, Youth and Community Studies, etc., are also welcome
- Enthusiastic about SEN: You should be committed to supporting students in overcoming learning barriers
- Empathetic and Patient: You must have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
