You will be assisting students with Autism, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other learning difficulties.As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping students' educational experiences and supporting their personal development both inside and outside the classroom.Key responsibilities:
  • 1:1 and Small Group Support: Assist students across various age groups, from Early Years through to Post-16
  • Promoting Independence: Encourage students to develop crucial skills in a supportive, inclusive environment
  • Tailored Learning: Collaborate with teaching staff to provide personalised support that empowers students to reach their full potential
This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates aiming for a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, teaching, or counselling.We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who are:
  • Psychology Graduates (or currently working towards a degree) - related fields such as Criminology, Social Work, Sports Science, Youth and Community Studies, etc., are also welcome
