Manpower are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to work for a timber merchant based in Swindon. You will be responsible for safely transporting loads, with an average of 14 drops per day locally and 6 drops per day nationally.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timber products to various locations, managing 1 to 15 drops per day
  • Slide wood panels off the vehicle to customer teams when required
  • Plan your start time each morning based on emailed workload received the previous evening
  • Maintain safety standards using provided PPE (safety boots and hi-vis vest)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience driving Class 2 HGV
  • Must be over 25 years old
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your license
