This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up project, with the freedom to shape the service and drive its growth from the very beginning. About the Role: You will take responsibility for managing and developing the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and recruiting and leading a dedicated care team. The role is ideal for someone with the vision and determination to grow a care business and establish it as a trusted local provider.
