- Lead the global pensions and benefits strategy, aligning it with business priorities, employee needs, and market competitiveness.
- Oversee governance and compliance across all pension and benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with international regulations and best practices.
- Drive cost-effective, employee-centric benefits, including medical, life, income protection, and flexible benefits plans across multiple regions.
- Partner with key stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership) to embed pensions and benefits into the wider total rewards strategy.
- Manage global vendor relationships, including pension trustees, brokers, insurers, and consultants, optimising service delivery and costs.
- Develop and implement a global benefits framework, ensuring consistency while adapting to local regulatory and market needs.
- Use data and analytics to benchmark offerings, track performance, and identify opportunities to innovate and enhance employee engagement.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our programmes are future-ready and reflective of evolving workforce expectations.
- Have significant experience managing pensions and benefits in a multinational environment, and implementing Global Benefits Management (GBM)
- Have expertise in UK pensions governance, including DB/DC schemes, auto-enrolment, and risk management.
- Have knowledge of global employee benefits (healthcare, insurance, wellbeing, flexible benefits) across multiple jurisdictions.
- Have commercial acumen and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage global vendors and drive strategic change
