- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources or a related field.
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards).
- Significant experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role.
- Demonstrable experience managing a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, change management, and workforce planning.
- Evidence of supporting organisational change, including restructures, redundancy, TUPE, and cultural transformation initiatives.
