  • has experience and sound knowledge of ALN management and supporting the varied needs of pupils across a school

  • will lead and motivate pupils, staff and governors to create an effective culture of learning and continue to develop the Curriculum for Wales
  • is forward-looking and takes the lead on continuous improvement with teaching practices and areas including technology, creative arts, sport and wellbeing
  • has the ability to promote the Christian ethos within the school
  • demonstrates an understanding of our Christian ethos and a desire to promote it within

This post carries a 3-day teaching commitment.The successful candidate must hold the NPQH qualification. The governors will consider candidates who are currently enrolled in the NPQH programme for the position of Headteacher.We can offer you a dedicated, established and conscientious staff and supportive governing body, who are committed to taking the school forward, ensuring that every pupil achieves the outcomes of which they are capable, and building on the success of Clyro Church in Wales Primary School.We have an onsite Pre School, which is integrated with the school, from breakfast club to forest school and school activities.
