This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience in childcare, education, or care work – whether personal or professional – who are looking to gain further experience in the education sector.Roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, tailored to your availability.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and classroom management.Assisting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN), including behavioural, emotional, or physical needs.Providing one-to-one and small group support.Encouraging pupil engagement, independence, and confidence.Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and promoting inclusion.Assisting with personal care needs, where necessary.Helping to create a positive and safe learning environment.Requirements:Experience in a childcare, educational or care-based setting (personal or professional).A proactive and adaptable attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well as part of a team.A valid child-only Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).Driving is an advantage due to the varied school locations.Welsh language skills are an advantage but not essential.Why Join Teaching Personnel?At Teaching Personnel, we are committed to your professional growth and development.
