Location: Scotland | Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to work on fire, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, system repairs, and occasional on-call support, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, service, and repair fire & security systems (IP & analogue CCTV, access control, intruder alarms).
  • Carry out PPM, fault-finding, and reactive call-outs.
  • Complete accurate service reports and maintain asset records.
  • Uphold H&S standards and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Fire & Security apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • Experience in servicing fire alarms, CCTV, and access control.
  • IPAF & ECS card.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
  • City & Guilds (Electrical Installation), IT/networking skills, supervisory experience.
