Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Contract: Full-time / Part-time (term-time only)

Do you have the skills and experience to take on a key role in supporting teaching and learning across a primary school setting?We are looking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) who are looking to work in and around the Stroud area.About the Role:As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in:
  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Leading small group interventions and whole-class learning where required.
  • Providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs.
  • Assisting in planning and preparing learning activities.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school community.
About You:We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds HLTA status (or is working towards it) or has relevant equivalent experience.
  • Has experience working with primary-aged children.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is flexible, organised, and proactive in their approach.
  • Shares our commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
