A fabulous full-time nanny role has become available just outside Hazlemere in Buckinghamshire.The family is extremely friendly and welcoming, Mum is in the fashion industry. They enjoy sport, music and the arts. They are looking for a nanny who can stay long term and become part of their happy family.You will be looking after two children, a little girl aged five years and her brother aged two years. This will be a sole charge role.The hours will be as follows (49 hours):Monday - 15.00-19.00
Tuesday - 07.30-18.30
Wednesday - 07.30-18.30
Thursday - 07.30-18.30
Friday - off
Saturday - 08.00-16.00
One evening (four hours) of babysitting each week, mutually agreed in advanceAny additional hours will be paid as overtime.The little girl attends school locally each day, and the little boy attends nursery on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will be responsible for school runs and making sure that they have everything the need each day.The parents are keen for their children to learn and develop in a balanced way, to help them to hit their various developmental milestones - with lots of stimulating indoor fun (board games, reading, jigsaws, craft, imaginary games etc) mixed with plenty of outside play and walks to the park. The little girl enjoys music, dancing and playing in her toy kitchen. She also likes to help in the big kitchen. When time allows and during the school holidays, the parents would like the children to attend play dates and go on outings to allow them to mix with other children, ensuring that they are happy and safe at all times.They live in a large quiet house in a wonderful location, close to all local amenities. As they employ a cleaner, this role is nursery duties only, but some help to keep the house running smoothly would be appreciated - emptying the dishwasher, putting a load of washing on, making sure all rooms are tidy at the end of the day, running the occasional errand, etc. As well as keeping all areas the children use clean and tidy (kitchen, children's bedrooms, children's bathroom, playroom etc), the nursery duties are to include keeping on top of the children's laundry and also providing the children with three healthy and nutritious meals per day (home cooked as often as possible).You must be a careful and confident driver, with your own fully insured car. Duty mileage will be reimbursed at the current government rate.You must like to travel, as the family would like them to join them on their holidays once or twice a year.This is a wonderful role and would suit someone who is happy to make a long-term commitment.Location of the job: Hazlemere, Buckinghamshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: Two years
