- Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets and resources efficiently. Develop comprehensive product roadmaps in line with WRc's strategic goals.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, constraints, and objectives.
- Provide clients with strategic recommendations based on technical analyses and assessments.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of high-quality services.
- Foster an innovative environment to drive the development of industry-leading SaaS products.
- Define key performance metrics and monitor product performance post-launch to inform future product development strategies.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the product development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Support the Technical Director for the creation of a customer success team in charge of customer onboarding, support, and retention.
- Advanced degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Previous proven experience in water-related projects.
- Certifications and licenses such as Professional Engineer (PE) may be required or preferred.
- Possess advanced knowledge of water treatment processes, water quality, hydraulic modelling, and related technologies.
- Able to develop solutions for complex water-related problems, such as water scarcity, contamination, and infrastructure degradation.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions and technologies for improving water management and treatment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of water modelling and analysis software.
- Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
- £65,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
