As a Recruitment Consultant at Be Personnel, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in roles that match their skills and aspirations. - Manage a portfolio of clients and develop new business opportunities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various sectors
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role (any industry considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great service
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- A full UK driving license (due to client site visits)
