Your role will involve managing event bookings, maximising revenue, and providing an exceptional customer experience from the initial enquiry to event execution.We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required.   • Top quality customer service
  • Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
  • Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online bookings
  • Proactive in seeking and converting enquiries into sales
  • Processing, amending and updating bookings as required
  • Show rounds for new and prospective customers
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients and generate repeat business
  • Maximising revenue through upselling
  • Administration and Technology savvy
  • Available to work when the team and customer needs you most
