- Manage a portfolio of house accounts, ensuring service excellence.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as their key point of contact.
- Spot opportunities for growth and support new product launches.
- Keep customer data and reporting sharp through CRM and Excel.
- Work with Operations to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service - 1-2years+
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident making decisions under pressure
- Comfortable analysing sales data and presenting insights
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
