Construction Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead client-side projects from feasibility through to handover. This role is based in Filton, requiring a minimum of 4 days on-site per week, and offers a dynamic opportunity to manage complex construction initiatives within a high-profile organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects
  • Provide clear direction and maintain stakeholder communication
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
  • Manage budgets, risks, and project documentation
  • Drive efficient resource utilisation and cost control
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven project management experience in construction
  • Strong organisational and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication across all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Degree or HND in Construction/Building Services or equivalent experience
Desirable:
  • Client-side project management experience
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts
