As a Pension Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of scheme activities, delivering high-quality service to pension scheme members. - Process scheme activities in line with scheme rules
- Deliver high-quality service to pension scheme members
- Provide accurate and timely communication via phone and email
- Calculate member benefits with precision and efficiency
- Escalate errors, omissions, and complaints promptly for resolution
- Previous experience as a pension administrator for Defined Benefit schemes
- Excellent member service focus and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication abilities with clients, members, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using various tools and systems for case management
