- Attend qualified, pre-booked client meetings arranged by SDRs
- Manage the full sales cycle from presentation through to close
- Win high-value new business within the energy and sustainability space
- Negotiate and influence senior stakeholders (including C-suite)
- Work with technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Travel nationally across the UK to meet clients face-to-face
- Deliver against ambitious revenue and profit targets
- Provide market feedback to support business strategy
- Proven track record in field-based BDM / new business closing
- Energy sector experience essential – ideally solar, renewables, or wider sustainability
- Comfortable working on large-value deals (£250k+) with short sales cycles
- A true hunter mentality – self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a consultative approach
- Able to build trust quickly and close senior-level deals
- Happy working remotely with extensive UK travel
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary up to £65k DOE
- Uncapped OTE £140k+
