Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Nurse to join our client’s busy mixed NHS and private practice near Kingswinford. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a well-established practice offering a broad range of treatments. The ideal candidate for this role would be a Dental Nurse with several years of experience, seeking to move into a new role.Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients in person and on the phone in a friendly, professional manner and checking in patients for their appointments.
Providing information about treatments, procedures, and clinic policies.
Managing nervous or anxious patients calmly and supportively.
Booking and rescheduling appointments.
Taking payments (cash, card, insurance claims).
Updating personal details, medical histories, and treatment records.
Processing patient registrations and consent forms.
